A fresh and summery cocktail with soda water and lemon where the color-changing pea flower is really visible.

MAKE & SHAKE

Ingredients: 50ML Goeie Mie gin, 30ML lemon juice (from 1 freshly squeezed lemon) 15ML simple syrup, soda water

Mix: fill a shaker with ice, add the lemon juice and syrup, shake well. Pour in a highball, add soda water, and lastly pour the gin to see the special colour changing effect
